Service Breakdown
Our pickup services work like this:
When you book a pickup service package, we receive an order confirmation with all of the necessary information to get in contact you. We then contact you prior to your specified pickup date and provide a 3 hour pickup window (time frame) between 8:00am and 7:00pm. Once we arrive, we'll take your bike, tag it, and bring it back to our 907 Bloor St. W location to be assessed. Once we have thoroughly assessed your bike, we will contact you regarding any additional service requirements (if any) via video conference or phone call. Once your service order has been completed, we will contact you to arrange a drop-off time (usually on the same day of the following week as your pickup date). Any additional (consensual) charges can be transacted at your drop-off location.
